22일 건강보험심사평가원의 말에 따르면 2011년 국내 탈모 환자 수는 22만3628명으로 2016년(20만8534명)대비 13% 상승했다. 연령별로는 30대가 23.8%로 1위를 차지했고 이어 20대(20.8%)다. 같은 시간 탈모 치료에 쓰인 총 진료비도 195억원에서 308억원으로 58% 늘어났다.

<p>‘소액결제 현금화 사업은 불법이다. 정보통신망법은 ‘통신과금서비스사용자로 하여금 통신과금서비스에 의하여 재화등을 구매·이용하도록 한 후 이용자가 구매·이용한 재화등을 할인해서 매입하는 행위에 ‘1년 이하의 징역 또는 3천만원 이하의 벌금에 처하도록 규정하고 있습니다.</p>

<p>이은희 인하대 구매자학과 교수는 “구글 동일한 글로벌 온,오프라인 산업자도 수입에만 신경쓰지, 문제가 생성했을 때 무난한 대처를 하지 않는 때가 적지 않다”면서 “구글 소액결제 사례가 불어나고 있을 것입니다면 구글이 최대로 최선으로 할 일은 이런 일이 또 발생하지 않게 조치를 취하는 것”이라고 전했다.</p>
