조사결과 '원하는 시간과 요일에 일을 하기 위해서' 장기아르바이트생를 선호한다는 답변이 복수선택 응답률 66.1%로 가장 높았다. 이어 '학교나 학원, 직장 등 본업과 병행하기 위해서' 장기알바생를 선호한다는 답변도 59.8%로 절반이상으로 많았다.
특별히 올해 상반기는 작년에 비해 ‘50대 이상의 아르바이트 구직자가 낮은 폭으로 많아진 것으로 조사됐다. 지난 2013년과 2018년 연간 알바 구직자 중 30대 이상 아르바이트 구직자가 각 7.8%, 7.2 %에 그친 반면 이번년도는 이들보다 약 2.2%P 증가한 9.7%를 기록했다.
